This is a well-evidenced, informative article for the public on the current outbreak and meningitis in general. Evidence-wise, it appears to rely on well-validated information being put out by public health bodies like UKHSA. Balance-wise, it is not too complacent or alarmist, sticking to presenting the facts of the outbreak, disease, and symptoms. Clarity-wise, I think the information is quite clear and complements UKHSA messaging (e.g. https://ukhsa.blog.gov.uk/2026/03/18/meningitis-b-outbreak-what-you-need-to-know/) with its shorter format and use of graphics, for example. I've only marked it slightly down on clarity because it is a little less cless clear than the UKHSA article in some aspects (though perhaps this is the tradeoff of a shorter format). For example, it's little unclear at the start of the article that the current outbreak is bacterial (compare with the UKHSA blog post - though this may have been established after the article was published), and the UKHSA post is a lot clearer about the nature of prophylactic use and where you can collect antibiotics.
