This is a well written piece because of several reasons: the article clearly states what previous evidence there was, what evidence there is now and also the limitations of current evidence. The piece is written is a very balanced way by stating all the facts in order of time. Although I found the piece easy to read, there is still the lack of clarity on how many steps a day we should be doing. Because the new figure is 7000 but this is only compared to 2000. And is also dependent on a lot of other factors such as stride length etc.
